Did an 11 mile bike ride with our training group run that morning. cold out.

Good swim. Did about 25 yds of breast stroke with face out of water, did 10 yds with face in, then settled into my freestyle. Went fine.

This race went well. My goals were to get out of pool happy and not tired. Also, since my garmin broke, I had to do race by RPE which worked well.
