Comments: It was nice to be able to stay up for the most part. I really, really, REALLY need to spend more time on the bike. This was by far my weakest part of the race. Also, I never put my feet in the shoes, AT ALL! What would you do differently?: Train, train, TRAIN! Transition 2
Comments: Took forever to get my socks on, that was ridiculous. What would you do differently?: Maybe skip the socks if I'm doing a sprint. Run
Comments: I only dropped two spots overall on the run so I guess it was a lot better than I thought it was. What would you do differently?: Maybe work the fluids a little bit more. Post race
