Not a bad bike ride. I did stop about 5 miles in to help one of the para-triathletes fix his bike, which cost me a few minutes but helping out was more important than the time lost.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Had a pretty nice head cold from dealing with the local flooding which slowed me down. Plus helping out the biker on course during the race lost me a bit of time.

Event comments:

For a first race of the year it was a good guide to see where else I need to work on.

However - this was by far the worst organized race I have ever done, and thankfully I am not registered to do another race this year by these organizers.
