Comments: Felt good in the beginning but after the trail part I didn't feel so good even though I was trying to have a faster turnover What would you do differently?: I don't know, maybe a longer warm-up Post race
Warm down: Put feet in river What limited your ability to perform faster: My calf was sore and I did a workout 2 days prior Event comments: I beat my buddy Jason in a sprint finish. It was the first time in 5 tries that I beat him so I was pretty stoked. I was 200 meters behing him the whole race and even got lost at one point and lost about 20-30 seconds.
