Comments: Good swim for me, I usually stress myself out, but today I was calm and I think swimming in clear water really helps me What would you do differently?: Push a little more Transition 1
Comments: T1 went well. This being a small event, the transition area was quite small. What would you do differently?: Remove wetsuit a bit faster. Bike
Comments: Just need more time on the bike, switched to a easy gear before the end and rested my legs a bit for the run. What would you do differently?: Train more Transition 2
Comments: T2 went well, wasted a bit of time putting on the socks. What would you do differently?: Would of hydrated more towards the end of bike and in T2. No water on the run until mile 2 Run
Comments: Didn't drink before run and after the first 1/2 mile the trail was uphill for a mile plus, no water until mile 2. few uphill's and downhill's mixed in. What would you do differently?: drink beforehand and also check where the water station are located Post race
