Remove wetsuit a bit faster.

Just need more time on the bike, switched to a easy gear before the end and rested my legs a bit for the run.

Would of hydrated more towards the end of bike and in T2. No water on the run until mile 2

Didn't drink before run and after the first 1/2 mile the trail was uphill for a mile plus, no water until mile 2. few uphill's and downhill's mixed in.
What would you do differently?:

drink beforehand and also check where the water station are located

Just need to push a bit harder.

Liked the course, a bit unorganized, would do it again though.
