Pre-race routine:

Wake 2 hours before race. Light meal of oatmeal and diet coke.

Run went as planned. 4 hours was the goal and finished with 30 seconds to spare. I lost the pacer due to bathroom break but I really needed him to keep me from taking off to quick.
What would you do differently?:

I may have pushed the pace a little in miles 10-22 but it was my first full so I wanted to make sure I had enough in the tank to reach the finish. Course is condusive to fast times.

The only full marathon I've run but there is nothing I would change about the event. Well organized and a ton of volunteers and fans.
