Comments: I did pretty well. I didn't have anyone sharing my lane and I had to go in a slower heat, so I didn't push myself as hard as I probably could have. I think I can improve my time a little. Transition 1
Comments: I just need more hours of experience on my bike and transitioning onto my bike. I think I need different bike shoes so I am not "clopping" to the bike starting line. Bike
Comments: I still don't have enough balance, so I had to stop for each water break (3 breaks total). Overall they didn't really affect my time at all. Again, once I get more comfortable biking, this will improve dramatically. Transition 2
Comments: Riding with on top of shoes? Jumping off moving bike? Not a chance. Still have a ways to go before I am comfortable with that. Run
Comments: I didn't hydrate enough during my transition and the 1 water stop on the 5k was not enough. I wish I had my hydration belt or had consumed a little more fluid in transition...maybe I needed to drink more during my bike leg. Post race
