Same as usual - poor sleep night before; got up early; ate a banana and instant oatmeal; ate a peanut butter on rye one hour later; got there early and set up transition

Happy with bike segment overall - came in 60 seconds after team mate who finished 5th overall in AG, I finished 17th in AG

Line was not marked so I kind of lost track of where I was coming in on a very windy final stretch at the dismount line
Had trouble with (L) foot/shoe coming out of pedals
