Comments:

Short swim. Did not really matter in the overal race results.
Cool water, no warmup allowed. Had to dog paddle about 3-4 times to catch breath.

fiddled around with cold weather gear, replaced shirt, add gloves, hat.
What would you do differently?:

no more cold hopefully. Wear other kind of hat, bill was bad for vision.
