Swam steady. Stroked the whole way. Intentionally breathing more during the frantic first 100.

Trouble getting wetsuit off heels. Still was a 'fast' T1, probably top 20. The transition area is long, so be sure you know where is your spot. A guy beside me put tied a balloon to the rack, which helped me.
What would you do differently?:

Need more lube for removing wetsuit, and more practice.
