Pre-race routine:

Arrived at 6:45, set up transition and tried to stay warm. PB and honey sandwich on the drive in, and some Cytomax drink

choppy conditions, I thought I was going slow, but for me my time was ok. Totally out of sync though and swallowed a ton of nasty water.

More training, less pre race stress

I need more time on the bike. lost my chain 100 feet from T2 which is on a hill, I already had my feet out on my shoe tops so I jumped off and fixed it pretty quick
