Comments: tried to keep it under 9:00/mi; was fine on the downhills and flats, but lost ground on the hills. Last 3 miles were all over 9/mi 2/17 AG 50-59F (1st smoked me by 5:05!) 21/104 F 83/201 OA What would you do differently?: HR was high throughout, but wasn't totally gassed at the end. Post race
