![]() Swim
Comments: swimming in a pool where you can see the bottom is nice but i think i like OW better because i can pull to the side of the pack and swim at my own pace without bumping into legs. What would you do differently?: be in front of the pack so i don't get kicked as much and be able to be quicker. I know i can do better than that. But having to slow my rythm helped me have energy for the run at the end ![]() Transition 1
Comments: i can't do the tri-style transition...will have to get a bike fit for me and practice What would you do differently?: change bike, practice transitions ![]() Bike
Comments: the wind was overcoming all the advantage of my heavymetal bike on the downhill portion of the course! i had to push a lot just to keep moving What would you do differently?: change bike ( didn't i write this before?) ![]() Transition 2
![]() Run
Comments: legs were lead! had to walk the long transition area and a bit of the course to loosen. After that i alternated run 2-3 min and walk a min.i was painfully slow but smiling and not feeling woosy or about to vomit so it's all good! What would you do differently?: nothing! ![]() Post race
