Comments: Just went out to run how I felt and not push really, just a strong effort. I accomplished that. Also did another 3.2 afterwards for a total of 7 miles today. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Got some activate, water, ate one potato chip. Went to car, put my stuff away and ran another 3.2 miles. What limited your ability to perform faster: Just the surgery recovery and build back up. Event comments: First time I've ran this. I don't usually do a lot of 5Ks but am planning on doing more this spring/summer to build up my speed and leg turnover and increase my VO2. Last updated: 2013-05-18 12:00 AM
