Good start but grew tired after 500m. Need some good swimming over next 3 weeks for only race.

Pushed well on bike so happy compared to previous races on same course. Need to get lots of had efforts over the next few weeks to be ready for jacks.

Stomach was empty before start of race so by the run I had bad stomach pains and running was painful. Should have run better.

Event comments:

Happy with most of race. Felt a little fatigued after long vacation and only running during that time. Looking forward to some oly races and a half coming up next.
