Comments: ugh. did not have it today. first k was fast - 5:11; took over two miles for the legs to come, took over a mile for my ass to settle ... and then upper core discomfort. shitty. also: 3665/22620 females What would you do differently?: well, run more leading up to the race, taper better ... not train through this? Warm down: walking around, fliiiip floooops, a bit of stretching What limited your ability to perform faster: barely running in the month leading up to the race. probably not well hydrated, either.
