Only had 4 hours of sleep the night before. Set up transition and ate a Hammer Gel before the race.

Waded in the water for the Guinness Record attempt before the race, water was very cold.

Warm down:

Waited for Joe at the finish, grabbed stuff from transition and left. Only drank a bottle of water before leaving. Post race food was gone.
