Woke up to eat half a bagel with peanut butter, a banana and 8 oz of milk.
Event warmup:

Rode around the parking lot after I aired up my tires.

Put bike away, a little of stretching and walked around the festivities looking for food.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was waiting for my friends who did not train at all.

I'm only giving it a 4 because this is my first race,I can't compare it to any other bike races.
