Comments: Not enough time setting up transition. Salt, Gu, Sun tan lotion all still in bad. The ice idea worked well though. What would you do differently?: Set up things with a purpose Bike
Comments: This bike was brutal in terms of hills. I went out too strong but held the pace. This caught up with me the second half of the run. I hit 47 MPH on the downhill sections. What would you do differently?: Maybe 1/2 mph slower on the course, 7-10 BPM less on heart rate. Transition 2
Comments: T2 went a lot better than T1. I was in and out pretty quickly. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: The run was hot, I went out too hard on the bike. Would like to see the HR 5-10 less for the beginning. I held on till about 6 then it was run / walk. What would you do differently?: Not much I could do, needed a bit more water in me. Post race
Warm down: Layed down on the ground confused for a bit. What limited your ability to perform faster: The heat and went out too fast on the bike and run Event comments: REV3 did a bang up job.
