Comments:

Overall thought I put out best effort but expected to be 10 min faster w new bike. Crosswinds kinda pushed me coming back. Stayed in aero position 98% of ride. 44 min there, 40 back
What would you do differently?:

rear Disc wheel. Not take flat repair kit. Eat another gel at turnaround. Aero helmet. Move armpads closer together, move seat forward

Warm down:

Rode a min after. Shoulda warmed down way longer, I was seeing stars when I stopped.

Event comments:

Good local race, felt intimate. Have no idea of others results, just guessing.
