Comments: Water was very warm 79F they allowed wetsuits due to jellyfish but I chose the jellyfish over the heat - good choice, got stung on both arms and both legs but not overheating was worth it. Due to the Jellyfish situation I breathed very badly as I kept raising my head to check what was ahead of me. Current was also strong so you constantly had to sight What would you do differently?: Try to calculate entrance point into water better and also anticpate the line. Transition 1
Comments: It was quite a long way to T1 but over rocks and then into a parking lot tarred which was good and clean. What would you do differently?: I lost a lot of time putting on my cycling top. I had the advantage of not wearing a suit and should have been faster but I reall struggle with the jersey due to my body being wet, maybe swim with the jersey next time or get a skinsuit. Bike

Comments: Good transition bare minimums, started slowing about one mile out spinning more so legs would not be tired. What would you do differently?: wear run number already Run
Comments: Start felt good - settled into rythem by mile one. It was hot which is not really my strenght but I poured water over my head at each water stop which helped. worked it from mile 4 but again fairly limited effort due to heat. What would you do differently?: I am bad in the heat but I felt I performed fairly well. Post race
