What would you do differently?: Recovery on downhills to save myself for climbs and the run Transition 2
Comments: Good T2 What would you do differently?: Know where the run exit is prior to starting race Leave shoes on bike Run
Comments: Passed 8 runners 4 Runners passed me Net gain of 4 runners What would you do differently?: Spend a few extra seconds stretching legs coming into T2 Use arms more to increase speed Post race
Warm down: Fluid replacement Stretching Post race bike ride (10 miles) approximately 3 hours after race What limited your ability to perform faster: Lower back pain...started mile 10 of the bike, continued for rest of race and became very painful during the entire run. Event comments: Excellent, well organized race. Affordable compared to other races and love the volunteer for race credit program. Getting hung up in automobile traffic kinda sucked. Was frustrating and a bit unnerving / scarey. Would love to know splits and Transition times though Last updated: 2006-06-27 12:00 AM
