Comments: Since there was no swim the transition was easy and fast. Bike
Comments: Bike felt good. Need to get a road bike. Using a mountain bike is a real disadvantage. What would you do differently?: Nothing at this point. Transition 2
Comments: Coming in later means less traffic to contend with. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Need to build more stamina to keep HR under 155 for the entire run. Strategy of stopping for 30 sec - 1 min walks helped. What would you do differently?: Know the course better. There was an extra section at the end that I didn't expect. Post race
Warm down: Walked for a few minutes to cool down. Had some water and watermelon. What limited your ability to perform faster: HR was spiking too high during the run.
