It was a long 10k. 6.35 as per my garmin. I just did Eagleman(HIM) on 6/9 and did not fully recover. I am happy with this effort. I don't know if I could have ran much faster anyway : ) but i like to think so

What limited your ability to perform faster:

need to trim down. i weigh about 210-212. I am very lean but the weight gets to you. Thank god for the Clydes class

Event comments:

EventPower always puts on a 1st class Tri. I made the podium and so did my wife. I think the swim portion is the best on Long Island. Volunteers were great!! They also have a lot of divisions to get on the podium which I think is great for everyone. I do at least 3 of there events a year and they are great. Thank You EventPower!!!
