What limited your ability to perform faster:

No warmup, poor transition set ups.

Event comments:

I like the course, just poorly done. The age groups were supposed to start at 0830, I arrived late, got my stuff in the transition area at 0755, and was told to clear the area. I was lat my bad, I didn’t get a spot on a rack, so I was set up against a fence and was able to mess with my stuff for a few mins. I went to the bathroom and was going to do a warm up swim, but when I emerged I saw my color swim caps lined up in the water. I ran putting on my cap and goggles and as soon as my toes touched the water we were off.
