Swim
Comments: Felt great during the swim. I was afraid to go too hard knowing that I had to jump on a bike when I was done. The last 200 meters into the sure was tough because of the sun. I could not see anything at all. What would you do differently?: Get a better start. I entered the water too far back in the group. Transition 1
Comments: I need to learn how to do these transitions more efficiantly. What would you do differently?: Learn how to jump into shoes while they are attached to the bike. Bike
Comments: I really need to get on the bike more and do more miles. I felt good through most of the ride, but my legs hurt bad the last mile and I was hurting way more than I ever want to again going into a run. What would you do differently?: Not get passed so much :-) Transition 2
Comments: I tried to put my bike shoes on after I took them off. oops. I think I was a bit out of it at this point. Run
Comments: I was in agony the entire run. What would you do differently?: Train more. Post race

Woke up around 5:30 am, ate some cereal and granola. Had coffee and a glass of water.
Not enough warm up. Ran on beach right before the start. Next time I would like to put on running shoes and jog a bit.
