Pre-race routine:

ate usual breakfast - Oatmeal, PB on pita, and banana; coffee / water
Got to race site early but started to fill unwell

Walked for a bit to ease nervousness and unwell feeling
went back to transition and noted that there was limited place for 40-49 rack so things got crammed and my stiff got pushed around

Got a little frustrated and vulgar to myself

get better shoes if I am going to do more of these
