got in water for about 5 min, which did nothing but make me freeze my ass off waiting for my wave to go off

Run was just a quick little sprint to the finish line, maybe 100 metters...my time was 0:27 seconds, which was 2nd fastest sprint overall. Big deal.

stretched a little, took a nap waiting for the BTers doing the full tri to come in

Event comments:

This was just a training race for me, I was instructed by my coach not to race it. I also was only doing the Aquabike because of a healing ankle injury. I had fun, but was bummed about my ranking in my AG...but it's also sort of an irrelevant number
