Pre-race routine:

Not much food in the house since we've been re-doing the kitchen. Ate a cocoa puffs cereal bar and had 2 cups of coffee! mmmmmm-goood! Made it to the race site about 5:45. Set up transition, chatted with friends, body marking, chatted with friends, chip pick-up, chatted with friends.
