Pre-race routine:

Oatmeal, half a banana and coffee. No vitamins or nuts.
Event warmup:

Walked around, went to the bathroom. Gel. I do think I took way to much for my cold as I has a stomach ache after the race and into the next day.

Comments:

My stomach started to ache before half way. A lot of cramping.
What would you do differently?:

Take less medication. I had a cold so I took Dime-tapp, plus nasal spray plus Neoprene and Ibuprofen.
Post race
Warm down:

Had some Muscle Milk then REALLY felt like getting sick. Walked back to the car. Went to the bathroom a few more times.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Too much medication.

Event comments:

It was really fun to have a women only race. The medals were very nice.
