Comments: Lots of people swimming off course. Almost got hit head on a few times. Water was very shallow and at times my hand hit ground on my down stroke. Volunteers/ Lifeguards were awesome and very encouraging! They did a great job! What would you do differently?: Better sighting. Transition 1
Comments: I took my time. What would you do differently?: I know I could have been faster, but it was raining and I had my stuff in bags so it wouldn't get wet. I wouldn't tie my bags, just leave them open. Bike
Comments: Felt really slow. No motivation. Bad internal conversation with myself. My hips and knee started hurting pretty bad. What would you do differently?: Stay positive. Transition 2
Comments: Not too bad. Had to wear socks, that took most of the time. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Started cramping. Thought I was going to crap my pants at one point. Water/ Gatoraide tasted really weird. What would you do differently?: Need to work on my running. Post race
Warm down: Line for food was long and I got frustrated. Just really wanted to go home and take a warm shower. What limited your ability to perform faster: I didn't train as consistently as I should have. Event comments: Volunteers were awesome! It was very organized.
