Given this was my first, I kind of took it a bit easy in T1.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing really. The setup was good, thanks to advice from Denver. had everything laid out perfectly

Need to probably be a bit more agressive on the bike overall. Ride was good, but should be looking at doing it quicker.

Comments:

Almost pulled cramp on the start of the run, but managed to slow down a bit to reduce the impact. Oh and I wet myself which was really nice because I was busting :-)

Nothing!!! First one and an amazing event, maybe the 2nd one I can beat myself up a bit :-)
