Swim
Comments: I did a poor job navigating. My wave wore yellow caps and the turn buoy was yellow. The lifeguard also had a yellow shirt so it was difficult spotting the buoy. Thought I had a good line but found myself way to the right and had to swim a ways to the left for the turn, probably at least 100 yards. The rest of the swim was okay. Transition 1
Comments: Smooth transition. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Bike
Comments: Started off slow while trying to reset my Garmin. My legs felt sore and tight for the first 5 miles and then everything clicked. Slight wind on the return trip and I felt great. What would you do differently?: Figure out why my legs feel so sore at the start of the ride. Transition 2
Run
Comments: This was my best Oly run in years. My estimate was 10-10:30 per mile and I averaged 9:37. The last mile was tough. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race
