Comments: lost the chip in T1. Everything else I was quite satisfied with. What would you do differently?: remember the chip. try to do the T1 faster. Bike
Comments: Had some trouble with the chain. Lost the chain twice, everytime I tried to switch to the big ring. What would you do differently?: more bike training, getting some speed. Transition 2
Comments: The laces on my running shoes snapped. Couldn't find the T2 bag and I had 2 volunteers who tried to help me locate it. What would you do differently?: know exactly where my bag is. check my shoes and laces before race. Run
Comments: running was good. Was walking a couple of times, but I ended up running well and faster than expected. had some trouble with the bib number. The holes cracked. What would you do differently?: less walking. Post race
Warm down: didnt do anything specific. What limited your ability to perform faster: my small accidents with the bikechain, the race number, my running shoes and the chip. Event comments: very good race, this was my debut. Last updated: 2013-07-22 12:00 AM
