Comments: Did not train at all for the swim so although this was my slowest swim (by far) I was happy with the results (as in happy to just get out of the water) Transition 1

Warm down: walked around, stretched What limited your ability to perform faster: Doing this in the middle of marathon training led to less time on the bike / swim than normal Event comments: Solid race, well organized.
