I was very proud of my first Triathlon. I did expierence the open water fear, and couldnt freestyle swim for the first 200m.
What would you do differently?:

I learned that my wetsuit is extremely constrictive and difficult to swim with, and caught me off guard.

Second coat of body glide, the wetsuit got caught on my feet, and there was no strippers.

I need to work on hills, and found that my stem is too short and its very hard to get on the aerobars.

Push a little harder, and train more for hills

The dismount area was very congested, and the rack had gained an extra two bikes slowing down the process. Otherwise I went quickly

Wasn't ready for the hills!!!!!! Had side stitches like something fierce
What would you do differently?:

Work on better cadence on last mile or two with bike. Need to work on hills, I probably could have run harder on the last 100 m.

Almost a completely unsupported race. No water until halfway on the run. The aid station had water, and energy gels. Why energy gels on the last 1.5 mile, and on the entire downhill
