Comments: Terrific run. Wasn't sure if I was going to bust it hard or just use this as a training day. Once I got through the first mile and saw a decent time with good HR, I went for it. Ran the race as well as I could have ever hoped for. What would you do differently?: For my first time on the course, not a single thing. Post race
Warm down: Walking, stretching, and free beer. What limited your ability to perform faster: Terrific run - can get better with more training and experience. Event comments: Tough course that can sneak up on you if you don't know the terrain. Tough to place yourself far enough forward if you are hoping to run the first mile.
