I apparently just take it too easy on the swim. I was pretty disheartened to get out of the water and see a 37min swim time.

Train to swim with high intensity all the time.

Solid run up until mile 11.5 and then I got really bad side stitches. This caused me to stop and try to stretch them out, but to no avail. I jogged the last 1.5 in quite a bit of pain. Cost me a couple of minutes as well.
What would you do differently?:

Not much, ran well.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Obviously poor swim execution.

I need to figure out why I keep getting stitches at the very end of these runs. This has happened in multiple races now and does not occur in training.
