Comments: Hill climb out of transition to the bike mount line. Ran in bike shoes to save my feet on the hill. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Bike
Comments: What a tough course! Started on a hard uphill and never got easier. The wet roads made descending scary and the ascending was slow. It was fun though! What would you do differently?: Hill repeats in training! Transition 2
Comments: Slippery hill to run down with dead legs after the bike course. Then had to run back up to get to the real run! What would you do differently?: Nothing. Run
Comments: Calf burning extravaganza! Slow uphills and just kept picking up the feet as fast as I could going down. Treacherous course for a mediocre runner! What would you do differently?: Run more in training I suppose. Post race
