Swim
Comments: Average swim. I only had a 2 min/100 pace kind of slow for me. Oh well can't change that time, I'll have to train harder and get faster for the next one. What would you do differently?: A great swim for me. True to form the last half was much faster than the first. Transition 1
Comments: I got my jersey rolled and stuck above my shoulders, but I managed to give away most of my swim advantage. What would you do differently?: Practice putting a shirt on while wet. Wear my race jersey more than just the day of the race to get used to it and it get it broken in more. Bike
Comments: Course was great except for Euclid Dr. The road was a pothole slalom. What would you do differently?: Make the turn for the transition area better on the last lap. Transition 2
Comments: A very smooth transition considering I had the extra of putting on a full knee brace for the 3-mile run. What would you do differently?: Not much a pretty good T2. Run
Comments: One of my worst feeling runs. I don't know the split time yet but everyone I passed in the water and on the bike ran right past me. From what I was feeling I must have really cooked on the last mile to end up with 10.5 min/mile! What would you do differently?: Hydrate better on the bike. Post race
Warm down: Don't really remember. I think I blacked out for a while. I did get a free massage and that helped a lot.
