I was in the last wave so a lot of people to swim around. My navigation was very good i strayed away from the pack to cut off as much distance as i could

What would you do differently?:

Find a quicker way to get my nutrition together. possibly attach it to the bike before the race

Went to take a piss and my front wheel sunk into a huge patch of sand on the side of the road sending my bike into a flip but i jumped off pretty easily and my bike was practically unscaved

Had to walk a lot in the second half but my first half was killer. Felt good so I went out with around an 8 min/mile pace
