First triathlon, so I didn't have a good pre-race routine.

Much harder than anticipated in first triathlon. Had trouble breathing after 150 m and resorted to resting at pool ends and backstroking to get through it.

More practice and more races.

Event comments:

This was a good first race. Now that I've done one, I know what to expect and what to improve upon. Swim needs work, as does T1. Will continue to work.
