GO AN GET MY COMPUTER FIXED SO I KNOW HOW FAST I AM GOING.

NOT MUCH I WAS HAPPY WITH MY TIME. I THINK I WOULD RUN WITH THE BIKE.

THE RUN WAS CUT SHORT DUE TO MUD. IT WAS A TRAIL/GRASS RUN AROUND THE LAKES WITH LITTLE SHADE. I THOUGHT I WAS RUNNING A LOT SLOWER THAN MY TIME SHOWED. I THINK THIS WAS THE FIRST TRI THAT I RAN UNDER 10 MINS MILES. TWO WEEKENDS IN A ROW I HAVE COME OFF THE BIKE AND RAN UNDER 10 MIN MILES, MAYBE I AM GETTING BETTER!!!!

PUSH MYSELF HARDER
