Comments: found the run hard, i think because i was dehydrated from the bike... or could have just "thought" i was dehydrated from the bike so found it hard mentally. Over took one girl in the first 1km, then saw no other girls on the course at all... Warm down: walked around with Leo and the kids, cycled home ~5km. What limited your ability to perform faster: not enough water on the bike? Event comments: Really lacking on the drinks stands - bike was the worst. Small plastic cups on a low table and nobody handing off. Caused a pretty serious crash. On the run, they were trying, but the drinks stands were too small and understaffed. Often there ws nothing available as we ran past, or there were jams.
