Comments:

I was happy to be out there racing after being off for the past 5 weeks. I was hoping for at least 9:30's so my effort more than surprised me. I pushed my self up the hills and made sure I threw in some strides when I felt like my pace was slacking. I did not wear a Garmin.

Wait around for those crazy half marathoners. Eat lots of lasagna and drink a beer. Ahhhh
