swim was no fun. tried to start inside but too many bodies could not get a good rhythm or pace. also looked & felt longer than 880

swim on outside or take a masters class & get much faster

almost hit a guard rail. 2nd half opened up and rode on white line thinking "circles...circles". i do think i beat everyone else on a regular road bike.

aero wheels seem to make a big difference

mostly just strength. need more muscle for a sprint also need swim coaching and better form in all.
