Swim
Comments: Swim went very well. I went out a little hot but did so on purpose as swim is my best event. The buoyancy from the wetsuit is awesome. I did not feel warm or cold. I believe I was 3/30 in AG. What would you do differently?: A little faster out of the water. Transition 1
Comments: Still took it a little slower than necessary. What would you do differently?: Speed it up. Bike
Comments: I AM THE WORLD'S WORST HILL CLIMBER!!!! I did pretty good on the downhills and flats. As usual, passed pretty well on flats and downhills, couldn't knock people off on hills and got passed a fair amount. Felt decent physically. What would you do differently?: T.I.T.S. Transition 2

Warm down: Walking and minimal stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not sure if it had an affect as I felt OK, but I only got about 4hrs sleep. Lack of mental toughness as well as lack of hill fitness on bike. Also need some better run fitness but overall not too bad. Ate 1/2-PB sandwich and 1/2-banana en route. Arrived at 630am and picked up packet. Racked fairly close to bike out/in (small transition area). Took time getting dressed and set up.
Soley consisted of arm/rotator cuff stretch/warm-up.
