Comments:

Started out with Verna - too fast. I wanted to run 9's after IMLou last weekend, but got the first mile in just under 8. Felt ok and kept going at that speed. Started to feel the weakness in my legs around mile 2 but figured I only had 3 miles left and I could suck it up. The last 2 miles were tough, my legs felt WEAK!! And the last hill was killer. Did pull in the two ladies in front of me at the end - score! A very good effort a week out from Louisville. A fun run too - TONS of people there. I love this city! :)

Warm down:

Stood around for 30 mil and talked to everyone we knew - lots of people were suprised I was out there racing so soon. then Verna and I went on a ride from the park for about 1hr 30 min. Great spin :)
