Comments: Had thigh cramps getting off the bike, also had poor nutrtion during ride to much gel not enough regular food need to pack a peanut butter sandwich or similar solid food for bike ride What would you do differently?: Hot weather contributed to cramps in thighs and calves, get more salt/electrolites during ride to prevent Post race
Warm down: none What limited your ability to perform faster: poor nutrtion and heat/humidity Event comments: This was my first 1/2 I.M but I have done alot of races and the organizers were great.
