Comments: Much slower than I wanted. It was hot out, my legs were sore from all the running I've been doing - possibly weights this week? Can't tell. Overall I felt amazing; the best part of the race was KILLING the 5k at the end, 9:42 avg pace for it. What would you do differently?: Go faster in the first 2/3? Not hit weights as hard during the week? Post race
Warm down: Walking. What limited your ability to perform faster: Heat? Going out slower? Bridges? The severe inner ear congestion from my Eustachian tube dysfunction and vertigo?
